Dr. Jami Williams, known as “Dr. J.,” is a passionate advocate for young women and girls, empowering them through her leadership development mentorship program, J. Smiles Empowerment, Inc. Dedicated to shaping confident, trailblazing women, J. Smiles fosters leadership skills and a growth mindset to create lasting community impact. Inspired by her own struggles with self-doubt as a teen, Dr. J pursued education as a tool for change. She is the CEO of J.Smiles Empowerment.

SHE Leaders® Institute — 10-Week Leadership Development Program
The SHE Leaders Institute is our flagship 10-week program designed to support whole-child development while building confidence, decision-making skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership capacity. Through engaging, interactive sessions, students learn to lead themselves first so they can positively influence others at school, at home, and in their communities.
